Connecting guests with a hosts of conveniences, each unit is equipped with a modern compact kitchenette, washer-cum-dryer, high speed wireless Internet access, individually controlled air-conditioning, housekeeping services and brand new SMART TVs with Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) service featuring more than 80 local and international channels offering high definition content.

USEFUL INFORMATION:

All corporate bookings are to be guaranteed by a Singapore-registered company by way of a company letter, stipulating the name of the guest, duration of stay, and an indication to guarantee the booking. A refundable security deposit and advance payment upon confirmation/endorsement of Lease Agreement will also apply.

All rates are non-commissionable and inclusive of the prevailing goods and services tax. Tariffs do not apply to intermediary parties, like property agents or internet agents. Intermediary parties are to sell to their proposed customers at Monthly Walk-in Rate.
